Headshot Policies

Within 24 - 48 hours after your headshots are taken, you will receive online access to a password protected gallery that includes proofs of all the images from your shoot (1hr rush posting usually available. Ask for details prior to booking). Once you and your representation (agent, manager, grandma) have decided which images will give you the best advantage in your career, one image selected from each look will be optimized for maximum quality and effectiveness. Usually within 48 hours you will receive a link to download the full resolution images to be printed at a lab of your choice. A web size copy suitable for uploading to casting sites of each optimized image will also be included at no additional charge. If you would like more than one image per look optimized there is a nominal $15 charge per additional image.

$150 advance deposit required to book. Please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled time if you need to reschedule or you will lose your deposit.

Reshoots? We don't move on from one look until you and I are both happy we got what you needed with the current look. We evaluate the headshots along the way, constantly reshooting, assuring you are satisfied. For that reason we do not offer any refunds or free reshoots. Please be sure to understand what your representation is looking for prior to booking. This will make everyone's lives happier. Thank you.
